Reynolds, Stewart (vocals, guitar, keyboards)
Singer/Songwriter Stewart Reynolds was born 1970 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada and raised on The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Elvis and the Bay City Rollers by Scottish parents. In the past Stewart has released a single as part of pop-duo Boy Blue with the help of Celtic harpist and vocalist Loreena Mckennitt and written with Grammy-nominees Alan Frew and Sam Reid of Glass Tiger. He is the mastermind behind the band Brittlestar, whose first album "Waiting" was written with the "lyrical assistance" of Stephen Duffy. The second album "Secrets" will be released in September 2006 and features Nick Duffy on bass and banjo. Stewart was a finalist in the Internation Songwriter competition (ISC) 2005 and received an Honorable Mention in the Pop/Top 40 category for the song "Goodbye". We don't know how he finds the time, but he also runs a couple of internet companies, amongst which is our wonderful webhost Clickhost. And if that wasn't enough he came up with the name for this site. Thank you, Stewart! |

Rhodes, Nick (keyboards, synthesiser)
Originally born Nicholas James Bates on June 8th, 1962, Nick grew up in Moseley on the outskirts of Birmingham, England. He left school at sixteen and went to art school where he met John Taylor and Stephen. They quickly formed a group called Duran Duran which Stephen left within the year. Nick has gone on to worldwide success with Duran Duran from 1980 onwards. He is totally self taught on the keyboards and is credited as being the driving force behind Duran's critical and popular success with the medium of the pop video. A little known fact is that Nick Rhodes owns the rights to the Duran Duran name and as such IS Duran Duran. In 1999 Nick accidentally bumped into Stephen at a fashion show, they got talking and the result was Dark Circles, reworkings of early Duran tunes that Stephen took with him when he left the band and had been in his old school desk ever since. |

Roberts, Juliet (vocals)
Born to a Grenadian immigrant family in London, Julie (or Juliet as she is also known) was weaned on music from a very early age, her father being a guitarist and both her grandfathers were drummers. Her stint as the lead vocalist in the acclaimed ensemble Working Week, one of the most important names from the fleeting British jazz revival of the 80s yielded enduring songs such as Autumn Boy, Sweet Nothing and Solo. Rather surprisingly she is also a qualified Physical Education teacher, specialising in water sports. She featured on the first three Working Week albums "Working Nights", "Companeros" and "Surrender". Julie featured as a backing vocalist on "Icing on the Cake" in 1985 with Jane Eugene of Loose Ends. |
