'Lugubrious', 'Deadpan', 'Saturnine', 'Cynical', 'Mr Misery'- These are the sort of words which frequently appear in reviews and profiles of Terry Hall. Undoubtedly Terry often exerts such characteristics however there is so much more to Terry Hall than these words intimate.
In The Specials Terry Hall became one of the most famous and unique frontmen in British music. With several number one hits behind him he has fronted many bands such as The Fun Boy Three, The Colourfield, Terry, Blair & Anouschka and Vegas as well as a decent solo career and a long association with The Lightning Seeds. 1997 saw the release of the CD "Laugh". The album features a number of collaborations including two with Blur's Damon Albarn, and "Sonny and his Sister" with Stephen, (in Chris's opinion the best collaborative track of the '90s). Terry is still recording and has a large and devoted fanbase.
